Description
Glenturret 10 Year Old Bottling Note
A tasty 10 year old single malt from the Glenturret Distillery in the Highlands. Fun fact: Glenturret was founded all the way back in 1775, though back then is was named the Hosh Distillery. After all these years, they’ve certainly got this whisky-making stuff down to a tee, don’t they?
Tasting Note
Nose: Honeyed porridge with a dusting of brown sugar, very subtle forest floor earthiness, fresh melon.
Palate: Sugared almonds, cut grass, buttery brioche, apricot and peach.
Finish: Tangy marmalade and mellow vanilla, plus some drying oak warmth.
